Archetype Identity

LeBlanc Baited Hook is best understood as an engine midrange deck with an Aristocrats resource model and a stochastic Birthing Pod mechanic.

The deck is not fundamentally trying to: assemble a deterministic combo; maximize Deathknell triggers indefinitely; hard-control the opponent; or ramp into a single unbeatable threat.

It is trying to convert replaceable bodies into progressively more valuable resources while preserving enough battlefield presence to maintain scoring tempo.

Small Deathknell body → Cards / runes / tokens → 5-Might bridge → 6-Might payoff → 7-Might payoff → Two-battlefield pressure

The strongest LeBlanc turns are not necessarily those that draw the most cards. They are the turns that convert a disposable unit into cards or a premium threat without surrendering the next Hold or Conquer.
