Cyberpunk TCG published its comprehensive rules on 28 August 2026 and ships two demo decks. The rules and both decklists are knowable; a metagame is not.
Every rules citation is from the publisher’s own document. Every line was played from the Heist side first. Neither deck is Constructed-legal at 27 cards against a 40 minimum (7.3.2), so nothing here is a claim about a format.
